We had a horrible experience with getting our dog Benny from the states to Rota Spain. To say that the agency we were using dropped the ball is an understatement! We just had our 3 pomeranians relocated from Malaga to Dubai. Everything went smooth,we had to prepare some vaccinations and due to the help of the team of premier pet travel,we could manage to do them quickly,so we all could depart without any delays. The communication was perfect,we got updated and got videos + pictures of our dogs during their relocation. They responded to my emails and questions within a reasonable amount of time. I was very concerned about my dogs as they are anxious and do it not like to be separated. Premier made sure that their crates were close to each other and they provided little rugs in the crates to make sure they were comfortable when sleeping and in air conditioned rooms as it is summer time and they are snubbed nose breeds. My dogs were transported from New York to Spain safely and comfortably! Everything from flights to crates to travel health certificates were taken care of and pictures were sent along the way! I highly recommend checking premier pet travel for getting your pets safely from place to place.
